metrics,
ad campaigns and organic messaging features for businesses and ads delivered to and from Europe and Japan will be unavailable.
This feature is not available to all Pages.
People can call your Page on Messenger, allowing you to connect and transact with them while you communicate as your business. All calls begin as audio only, with the option to turn on your own video during the call. When answering calls made to your Page, you'll appear to callers as the Page, not your personal account.
Benefits of turning on Messenger calling for your Page
When you set up your Page to allow Messenger calling, you can:
- Receive and answer the incoming call in your Inbox in Meta Business Suite mobile app or Messenger.
- Switch between text messages while having audio and video calls.
- Call a person back within 7 days of their call. Pages can only initiate a call with someone who has previously called.
- Create ad campaigns that allow people to call your business.
