Certain messaging-related
metrics,
ad campaigns and organic messaging features for businesses and ads delivered to and from Europe and Japan will be unavailable.
This feature is not available to all Pages.
People can call your Page on Messenger, allowing you to connect and transact with them while you communicate as your business. You can turn on Messenger calling for your Page in the Messenger app or in Meta Business Suite mobile app.
Before you begin
- Make sure you are the Page admin or have a role with messaging permissions.
- Set up call hours on your Page to ensure you are only contacted at certain hours.
- You must use a mobile device to turn on Messenger calling from the Messenger app or Meta Business Suite mobile app. This feature is not available on desktop.

Turn on Messenger calling in Meta Business Suite mobile app
To turn on calling in Meta Business Suite:
- Open Meta Business Suite.
- Click Tools.
- Click Settings.
- Click Calls to turn on calling.
After you turn on calling for your Page, we recommend setting up notifications for your Messenger conversations.
