When you report a problem, we automatically collect information such as what device you're using, whether you're accessing Facebook from a desktop or mobile device, what version of Facebook you have installed, your User ID, and other signals that help us understand and resolve the error, flaw, failure or other issue you experienced.
What other information can I choose to provide Facebook when I report a problem?
When you report a problem to us, you’re also given the option to help us further fix your issue by sending complete logs and diagnostics.
