Manage messages from businesses or other Pages about topics you're interested in

This feature is not available for everyone at this time.
When you chat with a Page, the Page might offer you the choice to opt-in to receive messages about certain topics regularly. These topics could include promotions, new products or classes and other updates.
You can opt in to multiple topics from the same business and manage notifications for those topics from one place in the business chat.
Click or tap Get messages to receive messages about these topics based on the schedule shown (for example, Get weekly messages), which the Page chooses.
To manage these messages from a Page:
  1. From , open the chat with the Page.
  2. Find the gray text describing that you've chosen to receive these specific daily, weekly or monthly messages from the Page. Click Manage.
  3. To stop receiving this specific category of messages regularly, click Stop Notifications. To silence the entire chat, click Mute Conversation.
  4. To report an issue, such as scamming, click Something's Wrong and submit feedback.
Meta doesn't control the content or topic of the messages sent, and you may continue to receive other messages about the same or different topics in addition to the messages you choose to receive, including ones that could be promotional in nature.
The recurring schedule of messages is based on the business timezone. This means that in some cases, you may receive an additional message per day, week or month, depending on which frequency you’ve opted into.
Clicking Stop Notifications only ends the scheduling of messages, and a Page can continue to contact you about the same topics at any time.
