See your teen's Messenger contacts

If you supervise your teen’s account on Messenger, you can visit Family Center to see accounts on their Messenger contact list and AIs they’ve chatted with.
You won’t see accounts that you’ve blocked on Facebook or Messenger.

See your teen’s Messenger contacts

  1. Visit familycenter.messenger.com/dashboard.
  2. Log in if you’re not already logged in.
  3. Under Accounts, choose on your Teen’s account on the left.
  4. Contacts will be listed under Contacts. Click See all, if available, to see all contacts.
From here, you can search through the contact list. You can select any of the accounts on these lists to see their Facebook or Instagram profile.
If your teen has any new contacts from the past week, you'll be notified.
