Change the color of Active status on Messenger

You can change the color of the dot that shows someone’s Active status to best serve your sight needs or preferences.

Change the color filter of Active status

  1. Tap menu, then tap .
  2. Tap Accessibility.
  3. Tap Color filter.
  4. Select one of the options, which include common types of color vision deficiencies. To turn off color filters, select Unfiltered.
The filter you choose will change the color of people’s Active status dot, recently active timestamps, and the circles around profile pictures across Messenger.
