My child can’t find a contact on their Messenger Kids account

If your child can’t see or find a Messenger Kids friend on their account anymore, it may be because:

Their parent deleted their Messenger Kids account

When a friend’s parent deletes their Messenger Kids account, their profile won’t show up on any friend lists or searches on Messenger Kids.

We deleted their account from Messenger Kids

We may delete a friend’s Messenger Kids account if their account or their parent’s Facebook account shows signs of inactivity, fraud or other suspicious activity that goes against our Community Standards.
If your child’s friend had their Messenger Kids account deleted, the friend won’t be able to undo it or create a new account at this time.
